What Is The Tierra Verde Women's Club About?

The Tierra Verde Women’s Club was started as a social organization in 1988 as a way for women living in Tierra Verde to share friendships and meet new neighbors. The club began with just a few friends and has grown to over 300 members. All women residents of Tierra Verde are welcome to join. The club season runs from September-April each year.  Socials are held in September, October, January, February and March. April is a dinner celebration to honor all members as well as the incoming and outgoing board of directors. 

The highlight of the club is our Interest Groups, many that continue year round.  Group Categories are: Book Clubs, Cards & Games, Crafts & Hobbies, Fork & Knife, Fun & Learning Together, Healthy Fun, and Reaching Out. With over 50 groups available to join, everyone has many opportunities to share time with friends, old and new. 

Membership Requirements:

• Tierra Verde residential property owner 
• Seasonal renters with a minimum six month lease (rental agreement required)
• Over the age of 21
• Submission of signed application
  
• Agree to By-Laws of organization
  
• Payment of Annual Dues: $125.00 / year
  
• What do you get for your dues?

1. Ability to participate in all 5 Club Socials & Special Events (1-3 depending upon year).  Special Events may have an additional charge.
2. Participation in one or more of our 50+ Interests groups.
3. Making new friends with over 300+ neighbors in paradise!
